Realme 9 Pro 5G Dual Sim 128GB Aurora Green (6GB RAM)

The phone has arrived today with a plug that's faulty/doesn't fit the adapter - the fit is so loose it immediately overbalances and falls out. So I can't charge it. If I use a charger that it didn't come with the manufacturer is likely say i've voided my warranty but if I used what plugs it came with I can't charge it at all. When I registered the issue on Etorens website they expected a file less than 1 mg so the short video was rejected and even the compressed jpg that was smaller than the max file threshold was rejected too. That felt like being set up to fail. I'm yet to see how well the communication goes with etoren goes. I hope it's better than when I purchased: ie the purchase went through accidentally when I was attempting to see if PayPal 4in1 was available and neither PayPal nor the bank could stop the transaction. I notified etoren immediately that there was an issue and to hold off dispatch until I sought PayPal's advice. I came back a few hours later and said PayPal advised me to asked them to refund so I could arrange a different payment method. Etoren said they couldn't do that as it was already in the dispatch centre being prepared for postage. So they ignored my email sent immediately after purchase asking them to hold off dispatch. So with that said, let's see how I go with getting a replacement plug dispatched just as quick. Hopefully things get sorted out swiftly and I'll make an updated review. I so want to like this phone.
