What are Etoren warranty policies?

All Products (excluding batteries and accessories) comes with 12 month warranty. Customer covers only shipping cost to our warehouse and we will cover cost for repairs and shipping back the repaired product to customer if we confirm that warranty claim is valid.
In case of cosmetic damage (eg, scratches), please send us an email within 24hrs of receiving the product to validate that it was received already with mentioned condition.
In the unfortunate event that a full replacement is warranted but we are unable to supply the same product, we will offer you opportunity to exchange for another product of same value.

Where do you repair product?

We have own service centers in Singapore and partner service company in some countries. We will provide shipping destination when you submit repair request to ensure most efficient repair service route possible.

How long would repair normally take?

Depending on the type of repairs necessary, it usually takes 2-3weeks but there is possibility for it to be longer some situations. We understand that you would like to receive the product back as soon as possible so we will definitely try to expedite the repair as much as possible.

Does Etoren offer replacement during repair?

Etoren does not offer replacement for the item(s) during period of return or repairs.
